Roberta is a very knowledgeable understanding nurse lactation. I recently reached out to her because I had introduced a bottle to my daughter when she was about two weeks old. When I called her I left her a message and she got back to me within the hour. We schedule for the very next day. I was very overwhelmed and I’ve been crying because I thought my journey of nursing my daughter was going to be over because she didn’t want to nurse. The day of my appointment she was well prepared. She made me feel extremely comfortable and very patient. She didn’t rush through our appointment. She answered all my questions and before she left she made sure I was comfortable with nursing my daughter. I love how she offers follow up appointments if needed. But most of all the communication you can have with her after. Any questions you have you can chat with her on her app and she will get back to you within a day.
